Position: Graphic Designer and Illustrator for T-Shirt and Print on Demand Services

Job Overview

Currently we are looking for someone to add to our Merch design team. We are growing at a rapid pace and need someone who can keep pace with us. We are looking for someone to grow with us and our desire is to grow this part-time position into a full time position with increased income, additional perks and benefits.

The candidate must be able to do the following:

1. Be able to create unique and innovative designs. You must be proficient in using vectors, pngs, brushes, and fonts to create original work for our designs.

Please note in your application if you have experience creating original artwork
in Illustrator through drawing or using Adobe tools.

2. Must be able to meet Daily, Weekly, and/or Monthly Deadlines (minimum 20 designs per week). If you are unable to complete 20 designs a week to be delivered every Friday, please do not apply. Additional hours will be made available to those that show excellent quality and work ethic.

3. Crucial that the chosen candidate, understand and follow directions with regards to Trademark and Intellectual Property.

**This is very important. We need team members we can trust to follow instructions and not have to constantly double check work.** (most important skill).

4. Have good English (USA) skills: All communication will be in English. We want any candidate to be active and communicate with us regularly, through Skype, Telegram or Slack but mostly e-mail.

5. Take pride in their work! We want dedicated, motivated, innovative, and detail oriented people working for our organization. This includes file organization, such as keeping files clean by using distinctive naming conventions organizing individual files within project folders to make it easier to store. Most important, we want you to have FUN with your designs, not just recreate examples! Now is your time to show off what you can do! We’re happy to have you add approved designs to your portfolio.

As part of the application process, in applying for this position, you will need to
produce 3 sample designs for us to review. These project ideas will be sent to
you once we review your application.

Some designs will be simple, but all will be given an example for you to create your own design from.

We do not keep track of working time. You get a list of designs we would like and you will have to complete the task in a period agreed upon. You get paid $3 per design and $1 per simple text modification. This position has the opportunity to turn into a monthly salary position for the right candidate.
