Customer Service / Sales Representative

We are looking for an individual to handle customer service duties, accept calls from clients, make calls, manage emails, chats and our social media account.
We Need 4 Customer Service / Sales Representative ASAP!!!

You will be doing:
1. Taking sales orders from customer over the phone (Inbound)
2. Handle Customer's concerns regarding product orders thru call, emails and chat
2. Resolve cancellations and refund requests by looking up customer orders in our support system and processing.
3. Address customer's general concerns and questions.
4. Answer customer questions about product
Your requirements, you are someone who is:
1. Fast Internet connection 1.5Mbps upload speed or more (cannot be wireless nor through a data card). You should also test that you do not have a latency of over 100ms). You can test these requirements running a simple test at speedtest.net
2. Computer: You can use a desktop or Laptop with no problems. Atleast 2.2ghz processor and minimum 8gb of ram installed.
3. Available for 8 hours per day Pacific Time Mon-Fri from 6am - 6pm, and weekends.
4. Have worked in a customer service phone sales for Min 1 year
5. Have excellent English speaking skills.
6. Have a backup electric source and internet in case of emergency such as ISP downtime and Power loss / Interruption
7. Headset: USB type Headset with a very good noise cancellation feature
8. Conducive place without any background noise such as babies crying, dogs barking and roosters.
9. Have a back up PC in case your primary computer would encounter issues.
