JOB OVERVIEW

We are an Australian Managed Services Provider based in Brisbane and working with clients across Australia.

We use Kaseya VSA as our remote monitoring and management system and want to develop it further to help us deliver excellent service to our clients.

This is a 'work from home' position and will help our on-call engineers by extending our service desk hours to cover the evenings in Australia (4:00pm to 8:00pm Philippines time).

So, we are on the hunt for an experienced windows engineer committed to maintaining and further developing our Kaseya VSA system for monitoring, reporting and management. We believe that while this will be ‘full time’ initially, this will generally be about half of the role - once Kaseya is adjusted to meet our current needs. This will, of course, vary depending on the current demands and ideas from time to time.

The second part of the role will be to assist with our after-hours calls and service desk tickets from 4:00pm to 8:00pm (Philippines time). In this part of the role, you will be the primary contact for our clients during this period. Currently, this is only a few calls per week but support tickets will also be completed during this time.

So, we need you to have:
1. excellent English skills – listening, speaking and writing
2. confidence in your windows server and workstation skills
3. the skill to develop a great rapport with clients – both internal and external
4. a love for solving problems methodically and correctly
5. a desire to keep on learning and developing your skills
6. experience with Kaseya VSA – and the desire to get better with it.

Salary is negotiable depending on your skills. The position is full time and permanent. And you will work from home. You will need good reliable internet and power!
