Graphic Designer - Turn Photos of people into Anime/Manga style

I'm looking for somebody that can turn a photo of people into anime/manga style version. I operate an ecommerce store that specialized in the personalization niche. So basically customers will submit photos of themselves and I will need a graphic designer to convert there photo into an anime/manga style version, then the customer will receive a poster or canvas of their new design.
