And I have to state upfront, this job isn't for everyone. We're looking for a very unique person to fill this job. You need previous experience as a VA. You will be required to fill out a detailed application form, answer questions via email, attend a detailed interview and in the end given a test task. We treat out team members great and we expect them to be great as well. If you are not willing to go through this process then this position is not for you.

We're looking for someone that would also enjoy contributing ideas and sharing their thoughts, while they do their job.

We're basically looking for a talented, hard working person that would like to become a valuable member of our Upgrade to see actual infot only do we work on fun and challenging projects, but as the company grows so does everyone's EARNINGS! :)

Here's just some of the criteria that this person would meet:
- Has their own computer and highspeed stable Internet connection. All your work is done on our server so you need a good and stable connection.
- Speaks, Reads, and Writes good English.
- Can work from home without distractions.
- Can use Skype.
- Has a PayPal account. Since we are Canadian based we can only use PayPal. Xoom is not an option unfortunately as they do not work with non US companies.
- Is willing to learn new Upgrade to see actual infon easily be trained other skills.
- Previous experience as a VA or other administrative experience. This is a must!

Required Technical Skills:
- Can use Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to deliver on time.

What you will be doing:
- Email Marketing. We are NOT looking for someone with experience so if you have no experience but are a fast learner and good with number apply!
- Reports
