We are a US based Hispanic Advertising company looking for a VA that Speak perfec English that can manage the social media presence of the company while also handling some of the basic day to day tasks. Applicant will need to be well versed in word press, Sales funnels, video editing, Social media marketing and lead
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
1. Creation of new website for company
2. Creation of Social Media campaign using a Sales funnel process to generate quality leads
3. Social media moderation
4. . Manage your Blog (Basic WordPress Skills)
5. Publish posts on your Blog (content you provided)
6. Blog commenting (to increase links to your site)
7. Building Banners
8. Editing of video and content.
9. Content creation for website and ongoing marketing campaigns
11. Cold Calling to local business in local DMA to create appointments for sales team.
12. Assisting current clients
a. Creation of and sending out purchase orders and invoices
b. Requesting payments
c. Responding to current client
d. Booking appointment with clients

Applicant should be well versed in all aspects of creating marketing campaigns and be efficient at the work that they do. They will report through out the day the progress they have made to management. Currently using QuickBooks for Purchase orders and invoices but will be switching to another program in the new future.
