Chief Operating Officer

I am looking for a full-time chief operating officer for a coaching software business, which supplements the coaching practice for a business development consultant. I need an experienced professional who can manage the website, develop marketing and sales ideas, move the business forward, engage with clients, help update the system, strategize on new market opportunities, execute on existing ideas in various stages of development, suggest new features, and provide other guidance. You will manage outside contractors who will produce marketing collateral, sales support, and provide technical updates. Need someone with experience in running and growing a similar technology business.
