JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a detail oriented, friendly, organized VA to add to our team. Looking for a long term team member to join our current VA and provide support to me & my multiple businesses.

Job Type: Part time to start (15-25 hours/week). Will grow to full time $4-5/hr based on experience

Location & Time Zone: We are located in the central time zone

Skills Required:
- Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills with minimal speaking accent
- Attention to detail
- Able to complete assigned task on a deadline
- Able to learn new programs with ease
- Ability to clearly follow instructions
- High level of organization and ability to prioritize self-management and initiative

Daily Duties:
- Manage/create/update Google spreadsheets
- Manage email account for owner
- Heavy data entry including completing applications & proposals for staff use and preparing comparative quotes utilizing carrier rating systems or through accurate completion of ACORD forms to be submitted to carriers for all lines of business - auto, home, condo, renter's, general liability, workers comp etc. (will provide training)
- Updating Infusionsoft as needed
- Correspond with Customers and request documents
- Serve as backup to handles incoming calls during meetings and office closures

Weekly Duties:
- Retrieving documents from websites weekly
- Compile reports
- Data scrubbing

Reporting & Accountability & Requirements
- Tasks logged in Google sheet daily
- Good working USB headset, with noise cancellation
- Calm, quiet work-at-home environment
- Must pass background checks
- Must have dedicated hi speed internet service and backup connection
- Must have own computer with at least Windows 7 and prefer 2 monitors
- Must have video chat ability for interview
- Must have stable power & internet service. Prefer VA located in major city with stable power & Upgrade to see actual infopensation : based on skills & required training
Part time $Upgrade to see actual info/month USD (15-25 hours per week flex time)
