Wordpress support (implementation + ongoing tech support - uptime, updates + security)

We are seeking a part-time or full time Wordpress expert to setup and support our clients websites that we provide for them. The position will consist of two primary roles:

- Implementation: Setting up a new clients Wordpress website and theme from our template and customizing the them with logo and branding information provided. This will involve setting up a sandbox site for the client to make customizations and upon completion migrating the site to our host and pointing the clients domain to our hosted site Bluehost.

-Ongoing Support: Maintain uptime for all website and ensure plugins and theme are updated and secure. Also, handling and facilitating our tickets and help desk for website support. Must be able to communicate directly with our English speaking clients and expedite technical support and solutions for them quickly.

Current we have about 12 websites running but we are growing and as the role grows opportunities to expand your role will become available.
