JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize sales from our Amazon channel

- Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to increase sales, visibility, brand recognition, and drive sales across Amazon Sponsored Ads and Adwords

- Conduct competitive research to stay informed on fluctuations and changes in the macro environment that could impact the overall success of advertising campaigns.

- Identify and select the best channel, medium, or ad-unit for an advertising campaign based on an in-depth market analysis (i.e. audience demographics, media usage, ratings, type of content in a given vehicle, etc.)

- Perform keyword research and write ad copy

- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns to ensure they are continuously bringing quality traffic while maintaining a strong ROI

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Staying informed with eCommerce retail industry best practices, new trends and technologies, marketplaces, and platform updates (e.g. Amazon, Shopify, etc.)

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing or Amazon
- Expert knowledge of Amazon Sponsored Ads, Adwords and Seller Central
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sellics)
- Excellent data and analytical analysis abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with jargon (e.g. PPC, CPC, CPA, ROAS, bounce rate, above-the-fold, etc.)
- Thrives in an autonomous working environment
- Reliable, takes initiative and finds ways to solve problems independently

Pluses:
Experience with SEO/SEM, Shopify, Google Data Studio, Affiliate networks (Commission Junction, Shareasale)
