We are looking for a general virtual assistant to support the growth of our Amazon business.
Your initial task will be to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from video/screencasts of key business tasks.
Once these SOPs have been written, you will then be responsible for executing them on a regular basis.
Typical SOPs will cover tasks such as:
* Updating inventory tracker spreadsheet
* Contacting suppliers and managing purchase orders
* Customer support
* Data research and collation
* General administrative activities
It is essential that you have great English skills and are able to take spoken instruction and turn this into repeatable, written guidance.
We use Google Suite,
