JOB OVERVIEW

Terraversed, LLC/Inbound Cuba is a destination management company operating U.S. government compliant tour programs for Americans who wish to visit the island of Cuba. The two executives in the U.S. office split business support duties. This role reports to the company CEO. The CEO is charged with handling sales, marketing & guest services.

The company is seeking an individual with skills which complement the sales and marketing efforts of the CEO, including the updating and management of the company's consumer website, Upgrade to see actual info. Creating consumer-facing sales proposals, maintaining an image library, managing social media account content, and assisting with company digital asset organization are duties that will fall within the Coordinator's scope of work. Email interaction with professional travel advisors and direct consumers is possible in this role as required to support sales efforts.

Possessing an understanding of travel jargon and an interest in world travel are not required but valuable skills for the candidate to have to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities and Duties-

• Having an excellent ability to write in English is crucial to this role.

• Possessing the ability to work with the following software is essential:
• MS Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
• Photoshop & Lightroom
• Word Press
• Dropbox
• Google Analytics & Search Console
• macOS Pages and Keynote knowledge will be a plus

• Attention to detail is a key skill that the candidate must demonstrate consistently.

• Managing their own time and understanding the full scope of what needs to be done to complete a project with minimal supervision is exceptionally important for the person hired into this role. The Coordinator should expect to receive initial direction, guidance as required but utilize their learned experiences and keen intellect to improve the end results of each task.

• Social media management of the President’s accounts will develop into a key component of the weekly tasks once the profiles are edited and honed.

• Caring, thoughtful writing skills are necessary to ensure the company’s image is consistently enhanced in email, social and online communications.
