How you apply your skills
• You manage incoming customer enquiries via email and incoming calls
• You open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
• You resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
• You handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions within the time limits
• You prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• You assist with placement of customer orders, refunds, or exchanges
• You place or cancel orders and handle product recalls
• You inform customers of deals and promotions

What you need to succeed
• Excellent English
• Proven customer support experience
• Strong phone and email contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiar with CRM systems and practices
• Comfortable with stock movements based on placed orders
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of people
• Excellent communication, presentation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Eager to learn and acquire product knowledge
• Positive attitude and able to resolve conflicts
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
