Customer Service Representative

2+ years in customer service and/or other back o?ice/administrative support roles, ideally with experience coordinating logistics Ability to perform under pressure with consistency and superior attention to detail Goal-oriented with a strong drive to hit daily and weekly metrics targets Strong organizational skills and the ability to e?ectively prioritize tasks Ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment and shift gears on short notice Excellent written and verbal English communications skills Comfortable using various forms of software including Google Suite Knowledge about cars and typical car issues is a big plus
