We're seeking an amazing inside sales representative to join our team! ***Please read "How to apply". Incomplete applications will not be considered.***

Job Description:
You will be calling small businesses (daycares and preschools). You will call/email inbound leads as well as outbound cold calling. You must have a desire to close, but also be caring and compassionate with a desire to help providers grow their business. This is NOT a hard sales role, we are not looking for sharks who sell at all costs. You must have a high degree of Empathetic Intelligence to succeed (if you're unsure what Empathetic Intelligence is, read this very useful info: http://bit.ly/2E68IFP). This is a full-time position (EST/Central hours) working from home.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails, build a relationship and convert them into sales
• Manage your pipeline: follow-up emails, phone appointments, prospect progression to close
• Accurately maintain records in our CRM to ensure up-to-date customer info and status
• Provide exemplary customer service and manage long-term, high-value relationships
• Achieve and surpass monthly and annual sales quotas

Qualifications:
• Native/fluent English speaker; not required but a BIG plus – you’re also fluent in Spanish
• Outstanding written & phone communication skills, and fast typing skills
• 2-10+ years of experience with inside sales (customer support is relevant but not sufficient)
• Be EXTREMELY attentive to details with consistent 100% ERROR-FREE execution
• Owner mentality: you’re self-motivated, set your own goals and deliver results working independently
• Be tenacious, high-energy, positive and able to overcome objections
• Home office: high speed internet + privacy (office/room with no background noise)

CareLuLu helps parents find the right child care or preschool program, by providing all the information in one place (photos, openings, cost, verified reviews, etc.) We also help child care programs grow their business while saving time for what truly matters: children! *** Note: in this role, you will NOT speak/sell to parents; you will speak/sell to daycare owners, please take that into consideration in your application.

• 13th month and possibility of HMO with tenure
