JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
Virtual Administrative Assistant will perform :
• Log in to the desktop phone ( 1-800 #) -Make sure they have good internet connection
• Take Inbound/Outbound calls
• Call current customers (Nurturing)
• Filter emails and call back all missed calls and voicemails.
• Lead Calling
Duties:
• Interact with current and potential customers via email and phone, chat.
• Conduct leads and follow-up calls including sales calls
• Provide quotes for potential Customers
• Organize and maintain contact records for leads
• Initiate outbound calls to introduce and promote company regarding services offered
• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of customers.
• Create spreadsheets, documents, letters and presentations, as needed
• Create email blasts, social media, direct mailing.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
Additional Information:
• Speaks English well- preferably experienced with Americans
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel.
• Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
• Skills and attention to detail, and be on time using time tracker
• Have skype and zoom account.
