Job Description: Website Developer

We are seeking a full time website developer that can work US hours. The right candidate must be extremely task oriented and a go-getter. Must be a problem solver, and be able to quickly create high converting websites that rank in google. We have an SEO team, content writer, project manager and other VA's. The person must be extremely self reliant, able to meet deadlines
and have great experience with siteground, elementor and astra. Should have an eye for design and ability to always be maintaining and testing our websites.

What skills and experience should you have?

The main skills needed for this position are creative design experience as well as project management, and experience with the following:

-Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator & Photoshop
-Wordpress with Themes such as Avada, Astra, Salient
-WordPress Page Builders Elementor
-Site Plugins’ Optimal Settings & Configurations
-Website testing and editing for cross browser and device compatibility
-Hosting knowledge for staging sites
-SEO best practices for site structure and familiarity with Internet marketing
-Link Silo
-2 years website and graphic design experience
-2 years basic project manager experience (managing website design projects and working with the client and 3rd party vendors from start to finish)

Basic Requirements:

-To ensure the success of and clear communication for all work that is completed, the following is a necessity:
-Ability to participate in screen sharing with audio
-Work an 8 hour shifts 5 days a week during the hours of 6AM EST - 10PMEST
-Utilize our communication tool - Slack during work hours
-Utilize Google Drive, Airtable, and other software to keep work organized
