Assistant Integrator

I am looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who is SMART, FAST and works hard.

I am looking to add someone HARD WORKING, HONEST and DEDICATED to the TEAM as soon as possible!

Must be technologically SAVVY. We all work hard and move fast. There are strict deadlines for everything. So this is a GREAT job with PLENTY of work available, but you must be willing to commit and go all-in 100%!

THE JOB
The AI is RESPONSIBLE for helping the Integrator in growing the business financially and structurally.

The AI will work in-conjunction with the EXECUTIVE TEAM to execute the vision of the business.

Most Importantly, the AI is not just responsible for assisting the Integrator (Trina), but also managing results of individual projects and maintaining the company's core values with resourcefulness and enthusiasm.

This role can be broken down into 2 main categories

Growth
Fulfillment
1. GROWTH

Work with growth team to execute launches/promotions, maintain and build marketing funnels, expand social media following, and reach more people with other content and send emails.

2. FULFILLMENT

Work with fulfillment team to deliver products, onboard members, and support members via email, Online Chat, FB Groups, and Course maintenance/building. The AI will also be responsible for sorting forwarding client documents.
