You will have a solid understanding in branding and also a deep understanding of marketing.

How people make buying decisions and what metrics and other key performance indicators to use when guiding the business towards the set goals.

The ideal person will be experienced with all social media platforms and not only be in charge of our social media but actually training guys in the construction industry on exactly how to use the plan that you create for their businesses.

As soon as we’ll like we are getting to busy we want you to preferably step into a manager role and train people on the processes we create when it comes to delivering high quality services.

1st step is to build out a custom social media marketing plan with our branding on it.

Then help us determine the brand for our business and sit in on the content strategy meeting when we are making decisions.

Then you will be using you analytical mindset to make data backed decisions on the best ways to use our social media across all platforms.


And once you have done this we want to offer this exact service to multiple people across the industry.
