JOB OVERVIEW

I have several pieces of software and have 4-6 questions a day come in. When we launch new software, we get an influx of new questions but for the most part, it's a steady stream of a low number of questions. I need someone to handle the support desk. This is a part-time job but will grow into a full time job in the next few months.

Typcial tasks you'd accomplish:
1) you'll be monitoring the help desk as it's omni-channel and providing solutions from the KB, your training, or helping customers with billing issues. Most solutions are already in the KB so it's usually just a matter of linking to it from the support ticket itself.
2) You'll be monitoring billing charges and failures and updating customer credit cards
3) Handling any live chats that come in during working hours.


Full training provided.

You will be paid monthly. Or, every 2 weeks if that's preferable.
I need you to work mostly American hours, PST specifically. There can be some overlap in your schedule between American hour and European hours but please calculate times accordingly

You must have a computer that you own and an internet connection that is reliable.


Bonus:
If you know how to enter data into Wordpress, I'd love Upgrade to see actual info the downtime, I'd like a VA to put content onto WP sites. If you don't know enough to do WP data-entry, you should still apply. I will eventually hire a full-time WP data entry. This task is something you can do in the downtime between answering tickets to keep yourself busy and productive.
