Outbound Phone Rep, Brand Rep- Customer Follow Up (outbound) calls, review management

We are looking for an experienced call rep with telephone skills to contact customers US to follow up on purchases for our product/company, collect feedback, and manage disputes.

These are simple and enjoyable tasks of talking to previous customers to ask for Reviews on Amazon.

Must have a great touch with customers.
Must be organized and efficient when tracking loging.
Must have good technical skills with excel, google docs, asana or other CRM tools.

Someone with great cold calling skills and experience can help greatly.
