We are a small, busy New Zealand based web design company.
We are looking for an Intermediate level WordPress developer required to be the first point of customer contact for customer support requests. Support requests almost always come in via
They will also be involved in managing some projects (could be new builds or updates to existing sites). We have detailed, documented processes and job templates for building new sites so managing the project is simple - it just requires some communication between the designer and client and checking tasks are completed an during some initiative to keep the project moving ahead
Must have excellent English communication skills and a thorough understanding of WordPress. Must be a problem solver. Diagnosing and fixing faults will be a big part of this job. Familiarity with hosting, SSL certificates

Daily activities:
Responding to support requests, assisting clients with
Diagnosing wordpress faults, installing and configuring plugins, some plugin
Working hours:
Availability during NZ business hours is required (ideally start 9am-10am NZ time). We see this as being a full time role, but would consider part time for the right candidate if this works better for them and they have some flexibility to work overtime if required from time to time.
