JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a rockstar Customer Service Manager with Amazon Seller Central Experience. Please only apply if you have customer service experience. Must have experience on Amazon as well


-Our company is in search of an employee who has great attention to detail and is very resourceful.
-This employee must be fluent in speaking in English and have perfect grammar in regards to writing and customer service.


Main Tasks of the position are:

1) Responding to customers through Amazon Seller Central platform and Zendesk
2) Watching instructional videos for training on Amazon related tasks and tactics
3) Checking Keyword ranking on Amazon daily
4) Overseeing certain projects to completion
5) Documenting SOP for certain tasks
6) Check products for negative reviews and match review using provided tool and email customer to attempt to resolve issue.
7) Check for seller feedback and use Amazon system to remove feedback or contact Customer and resolve.


Requirements:

1) Available for work 9 AM - 6 PM PST (Mon - Friday) + Sat & Sun (1 hour each day for customer service)
2) Reliable internet (At least 2Mbps and reliable connection) / No power outages in your area
3) Reliable laptop or computer
4) A good webcam and microphone
5) Must use Time Tracking software

Experience:
1) Must have customer service experience and responding to a range of inquiries.
2) Must have experience in Amazon Seller Central - Please do not apply if no experience in Amazon Seller Central
3) Must have impeccable English (writing / customer service & speaking)


Personality & Character Traits:
1) Great attention to detail- We're looking for tasks to be done correctly the first time and be proactive with possible problems.
2) We're looking for a quick learner and ready to learn from suggested videos and standard operating procedures.
3) Resourceful- We're looking for an employee who will look for solutions on their own and IF they are unable to find the solution, then they will ask for help.
4) Stay on top of deadlines- Do not let projects slide past date
5) Energetic, enthusiastic and positive about working- Work is all about relationships and treating people right. We look forward to meeting you and hopefully having you grow with the team as we add more people.
6) Organized- Can stay on top of projects and organize folder / items properly
7) Workaholic- Refuse to stop working on a project until its completion.


About US:

The company is a 7 year old company that sells through Upgrade to see actual info. We sell hundreds of different products every day. We have a few part-time VA’s based in Philippines as well. You will be the first full-time employee.
