Expert in Marketing, SEO, WordPress, and Shopify Management

Hi, I'm looking for someone that will be a true long-term business partner.

Here is what I need help with:
- Marketing, sales and site management for three eCommerce stores: One is live, one is about to launch and the third we will launch together.
- SEO, Instagram ads, Facebook ads and any other technique that will help generate sales(that's up to you -- you're the expert).
- Finding new products to sell, and new ways to improve the supply chain to decrease our costs.
- Adding new products to Shopify store.
- Adding new designs to Printful / Shopify.
- Maintaining WordPress site with up-to-date plugins, optimizing site performance.
- Basic video editing
- Basic graphic design
- Bonus: you are an excellent blog writer and editor in addition to everything else. But that might be asking too much. The priority is on Marketing, Shopify, WordPress and internet research.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not an entry-level position. This is a creative role with lots of potential and very little risk. I'm looking for someone who has drive, where I sometimes have to tell them to slow down rather than having to encourage them to take action.

About you:
- You need to be an excellent communicator, fluent in english both written and spoken
- You need to ask great questions
- I want someone who can take responsibility, and where I can be somewhat hands-off. That means you need to be creative, and driven to make things happen even if I don't always tell you what exactly to do or if I don't respond for a day or two (I have a very demanding fulltime job in Silicon Valley)
- Expert-level knowledge of Shopify, Printful and WordPress
- Expert in internet research
- Expert in generating sales for eCommerce stores.
- Know not just the official ways of getting things done, but the tricks and hacks that you only learn from experience
- Intermediate-level knowledge of video editing and graphics design programs like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, and Figma
- You need to be able to learn new skills quickly

This job will be challenging and I expect you to bring your best. But I am also fair: I will pay you a stable and fair wage and also give you 20% of all profit we generate together. If you are incredible with your work ethic and results you produce, I'm open to paying you much more than 20%.

We will start with 10 hours a week, and if we get along, it'll increase up to full-time by week 3.

"Right now our store is dropshipping through Upgrade to see actual info's really cutting into our profit margins. What can we do to stop dropshipping through them and go straight to the suppliers? How can we set that up? I want it to be automated like with Sprocket, but with our own warehouses that ship and handle returns. I don't want to handle returns myself. We can't dropship from China. We need to keep it at 3-5 business days shipping. How do you solve for that?" (This is a real problem we had that we've already solved for)
