Our High-quality and award-winning full-service digital marketing agency is seeking a truly creative Digital Designer with a sophisticated portfolio of design to add to our roster. Our ever-expanding team is small but mighty. We are top-notch team players who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty and deliver the best value to our High-End Clients. Turnaround time on our work is tight, so you will need to be accessible, communicative, and proactive about checking in.

We are seeking a UI/UX designer who exhibits strong attention to detail and thrives in a dynamic environment. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about what they do and enjoys working with a small team to create meaningful digital experiences.

Alright, here's the deal. We're looking to hire someone to primarily do two things: (1) Design totally savage stuff and (2) help to build it correctly given specific guidelines.

Often, the aforementioned savage stuff will be in the form of WordPress-based websites. So, it's critical that you're familiar with WordPress and feel pretty comfortable bending it to your will. Experience using popular page builders, like Elementor, Beaver Builder, Visual Composer, and Divi, is a big plus. Elementor especially.

You don't need to be a hardcore developer to do this job. However, for you, a working knowledge of HTML and CSS will be important. As well as an eye for design.

- Design websites, layouts, app interfaces, and more. They will look amazing and be ON TIME!
- Create stunning, jaw dropping graphics that capture the essence of client’s brand and message
- Help to build/code/assemble mind blowing deliverables. WOW FACTOR – “IMPRESS ME”
- Use WordPress, a lot. You must know how to ninja way around the platform
- Collaborate closely with your teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, including other designers, developers, and project managers. - - - -
- COMMUNICATION – We are a team and thrive as a team

And you’ll need:

- Killer design and graphic skills of everything digital (websites, email marketing, social media, etc.)
- A fundamental understanding of UX/UI principles on various platforms. (Especially for the uncommonly know device called the cell phone)
- Strong ability with Adobe software, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Also, we use Canva a lot.
- Functional knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience with WordPress page builders, particularly Elementor
- The strong ability to read minds is desired

- Been directly involved in designing mobile and/or responsive websites for Apple, Google, or Facebook.
- Experience with any of the following systems: Plutio, HubSpot, Magento, Shopify, SquareSpace.
- Familiarity with customizing social media channels.
- Professional certifications and/or educational degrees.
