Digital Marketing Manager

We are searching for a highly-creative Digital Marketing Manager to own our marketing Upgrade to see actual info this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.

Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, WordPress website management, email marketing and social media Upgrade to see actual info addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who is capable of conpleting 70% of the below tasks and we will work with you to help you learn and develop the remaining 30%.

Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
Publish posts on the WordPress website and ensure posts are optimised for SEO
Manage affiliate links and click tracking
Manage and promote content across social media channels
Manage the automation workflows of the website and send newsletters to the email list.
Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
Oversee the creation and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Generate leads by building partnerships with industry influencers and booking the founder on podcasts.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising Upgrade to see actual info-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

You must have previous experience of working as a Digital Marketer and possess deep knowledge of Marketing Automation.

You'll also need to have excellent English writing and communication skills.
We will speak at the beginning of every week and keep track of projects and tasks using Trello.

I am happy to pay you via Transferwise weekly, bi-monthly and monthly - whatever is best for you.

There will also be monthly bonuses if KPI's are reached.
