We are looking for a Zendesk customer service pro and social media manager for our shopify store to provide customer support and reply to all customers on our social media accounts and Zendesk.
Tasks will include:
-Replying to all customer tickets with in 24 hours.
-Answering all private messages on instagram and
-Replying to all customers comments and hiding or removing bad comments on
-Provide outreach to influencers to get sponsored post costs and keep track of them on a spreadsheet.
Requirements:
Must write and speak English with no grammatical errors.
-Have experience using zendesk and creating Macros.
-Have a background managing social media and working customer service with Shopify
-Experience doing graphic design a plus
