WordPress & PHP Developer

We are looking for a WordPress & PHP developer that can assist with the following:
- PSD/Design to WordPress Theme
- ACF Pro integration
- Front and Backend ad-hoc changes/fixes
- Good PHP programming knowledge for custom plugins/changes or non PHP WordPress developments
- Content loading/changes
- Basic image editing skills (resizing images, fixing aspect ratios, text overlays)

Additional Skills in any of the following would be nice but not required
- cPanel/WHM
- Linux server knowledge
- DNS/Hosting knowledge
