JOB OVERVIEW

Our client is a logistics company that has been around for 70 years. They are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to work with their NY team on a long term engagement.

Ideal candidate must have at least 3 years experience in phone and chat support with very strong English skills, with the ability to work on a night shift. Knowledge of accounting terms (ERP system) is an advantage. Tasks will include phone and chat support, answering emails, writing work orders, testing new components of the program, etc.

Salary: $3.50 per hour
Work hours: 9am-530pm, NY time
