JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing cold calls to find leads interested in our services and input them into our system, utilizing company policies to solve customer issues and directing calls to the sales team when necessary. Our Call Center Representatives are often the first point of contact for customers’ and are the front of our brand, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction, an ability to make quick and accurate decisions, and desire to evolve taking constant courses and listening to feedback for improvements in the process. Other duties may be assigned as needed.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner and take appropriate action for each call
Find out quickly if the customer has an interest in our services, determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities, attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database and CRM in a comprehensible way
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Use Slack to communicate with the sales and management Upgrade to see actual infoput data correctly in our CRM and Financial Software
Send us a daily report of work done.

Some tools that we use are Google Spreadsheets, Pipedrive, Dialpad, Asana, and Slack.
REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in a customer support role or call center for at least 1 year.
Strong computer skills, familiarity with CRM, phone systems VoIP and best call practices
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
College degree
