My name is Malko, and I'd like to tell you a little about my team's story...
I started the F3 Gear Store (Upgrade to see actual info) in 2012 to help manage F3 logo t-shirt orders for the guys in Charlotte Metro. Spreadsheets and PayPal were getting unwieldy with over 3 workout locations per week. I sorted shirts in my living room and handed them out from my truck. Over the next 9 years, we grew to keep pace with the spread of F3 Nation and added service for FiA Gear along the way. Both gear stores are now under the umbrella of our Tribe Stores business at Upgrade to see actual info where we create custom gear and sock orders and offer online stores for other groups as well. I was a career banker, but I was glad to leave that world in 2016 to continue growing this business full time. I love serving our customers and making something you can touch and feel instead of just pushing papers and emails around. Today, we serve an estimated 35,000 customers (and growing) in the US.

About this Opportunity...
We are seeking an organized and highly motivated individual to help manage the growth of our Shopify Upgrade to see actual info our business today, "custom pre-order" products make up a large portion of Upgrade to see actual info this model, our customers work with us to create custom apparel designs that are sold on our Shopify web store in a crowd-fund model. When the minimum number of pre-sale products is hit, we then produce and ship those Upgrade to see actual info's a great and fun model with one problem: we're getting too many orders to keep up!

Here's what this role will entail...
In this role, you will join our existing custom order support team to help create new pre-order product listings in Shopify. You will use Google sheets to help track and manage our custom orders. You'll export reports to help close orders and build purchase orders to send designs to production. You'll be a key part of a team that strives to satisfy customer demand with high quality and efficiency.

Along with your unique talents and personality, our ideal candidate will have:
Experience with web-based eCommerce shopping cart tools (Shopify preferred)
Experience using Google Sheets
Some experience using Trello is a plus
Some basic graphics skills are a plus
Some familiarity with eCommerce in general
The ability to communicate clearly
