New York City Primary care, and Therapy office Seeking Friendly and Capable Phone Operator/New Patient Liason

Looking for a full time, long-term phone operator to make outgoing phonecalls to all new patients booking for our practice through the website zocdoc, and field return calls from these patients if they don't answer our calls. The "New Patient Liason" must be able to use our 3 main software applications to follow a very detailed algorithm and phone script to collect and verify key information from new patients who book using Upgrade to see actual information from each patient call must be clearly recorded in a centrally-viewed spreadsheet.

Applicants MUST have OUTSTANDING communication skills and must speak very clear English. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills. Quick-learners are the best fit, and previous experience with computer information systems is a big help.

Hours are 9am-5pm Eastern US time.

Pay starts at $800/month and rises to $1200/month over a 2 year period. Paid sick time and paid holidays can be accrued. "13th month bonus" is given at the close of each year.
