SEO Expert for Global Nonprofit

We are an international nonprofit organization with global programs in need of support with SEO for our organization.

We are looking for a long-term, part-time support person in this area. Our goal is to bring a list of primary keywords to the first page and maintain them there, raise relevant traffic to our website, and increase leads and conversions.

Given the high number of applicants, we are asking each applicant to answer three questions:

1. What types of steps would you take to elevate a keyword to the top position?
2. How would you suggest that we most effectively increase web traffic and conversions?
3. Please give details of your experience with SEO, along with examples of your work.
