JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing eCommerce company in the wedding space. We are a fully remote team and are looking to add one more person. We have 4 sites currently and are looking for a full-time customer service person (40hrs /week) to support our customers.

This job has 3 pieces:

1) Customer support: You will interact with customers, answer their questions via email, chat, and phone and help them with what they need. We use FreshDesk, LiveChat, and RingCentral to interact with customers.

2) Updating the website: We use a custom platform. You will update items on an as-needed basis.

3) Interacting with vendors: You will work with vendors to solve any customer issues including out of stock items, returns, and mistakes.

You need to have excellent written English and excellent spoken English as well. I am looking to hire someone in the next 1-2 weeks from the start of this posting.

You will need to have your own computer on a high-speed connection.
