NEEDED: VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

Anyone from any province in the Philippines is welcome to apply but we prefer someone who lives in Bacoor, Cavite because our 2 (of 5) team members live near SM Molino. We think that it is an advantage if you get to work in person once in a while but this is 100% home-based.

Are we a great company? Well, we have 5 Filipino members in the team, 4 of them have been with us for 6 years. We love each other. We are family.

We are located in the United States; we need additional team member to help with various tasks in marketing, recruitment, lead generation, social media and since we are dynamic and have an insatiable desire for continuous improvement, there’s a plethora of work all the time.

You will be closely working with the Filipino team. They have so much stuff to do, they will basically give you some of their tasks/projects. But, let us make this clear, our Filipino team do not get a cut from your salary. All salaries are coming from us straight to your paypal account. So that’s good, yes?

Our Pinoy team is composed of highly competitive individuals, I mean, they won’t compete with you, this is not a game of course – but they are the best out there; professional, knowledgeable, responsible, and most of all, they treat our business like their own business - we don’t go wrong with that attitude. They came from University of The Philippines, De LaSalle and Ateneo De Davao. You can picture out the scenario when we get together for a meeting.

******** WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: ********

• Talented, smart and has the fervent desire to always deliver the best result, not only because it is his or her duty but also because it uplifts the image of the Filipino people being trustworthy and one of the best workers in the world.

• Someone who can give an undivided time for us

• Can do outbound calls (this is not selling) from time to Upgrade to see actual infoually the outbound calls do not last for 15 minutes. This is usually reference calls, meaning, a candidate would list their references and you are just going to call them to verify the veracity of their resumes. Or sometimes, we call applicants to follow up on their schedule of interview or we call them to ask few questions pertaining to their Upgrade to see actual info any cases, calls do not last for more than 20 minutes.

• Someone who is Upgrade to see actual info is tantamount to saying trustworthy, honest and with good moral character – just so you know, we pray before each meeting. That’s how we start our meeting, prayers.

• Someone who has above average command of English – both oral and written. Most of the Filipinos in our team have worked for BPO for years, so they have American accent. We’d say it is not a requirement but it is a very big advantage. To be able to do outbound calls effectively, one should be able to speak English with Upgrade to see actual info is also the same for written skills, we will be most likely communicating via email. It is an advantage to have an impeccable grammar.

• Flexibility – someone who can work during US morning time, evening in the Philippines, if you are a morning person, we are fine with it but you may have to work at least until 4AM MNL. You can do the adjustment for your 8-hour shift.

• Someone who values attendance – we have a daily meeting usually scheduled in the Upgrade to see actual infopending on the needs, usually we start at 8PM MNL, sometimes we schedule it at 9 or 10 or 11 PM MNL. Our meeting is only 15-20 minutes, but there are times when we have big projects, we stay for an hour.

• Autodidactic. Someone who is like this. We appreciate this attitude

• And of course: keen attention to details, resilient, adaptable, versatile, resourceful, very organized, professional, accessible, problem-solver, team player, self-motivated and proactive

******** THE BASICS: ********

• High Speed internet. Subscribed to an internet provider as oppose to just connecting via mobile or prepaid internet.

• Secondary internet access, especially for internet outage. For meetings, you may connect via your phone data or pocket wifi in case your provider has internet Upgrade to see actual info happens in the Philippines, we know. Again, resourceful, accessible, professional.

• At least college level

• At least with 1 year minimum experience in BPO or virtual assistant environment

• Attend daily meetings (for only 15-20 minutes)
• Post job ads on different jobsites
• Review resumes and have them approved by the Hiring Manager
• Contact applicants and references (phone or email)
• Manage the company’s database (CRM)
• Social Media posts
• Answer email – these emails are alerts, notifications and inquiries from applicants, candidates or existing employees
• Edit resumes to company standard format
• Manage schedules, references and other recruitment reportings
• Support and Manage the MetaExperts Affiliate Program
• Support the ISR Remote Council of Experts
• Edit Statement of Work from Hiring Manager
• Manage Website Applicants
• Email prospected candidates for Job Opportunities
• Research for people in Linkedin for different positions, skills
• Set up Webinar
• Set up inbox25
• Lead Generation in Linkedin or other
• Email campaign management
• Other tasks or projects that may be assigned to you – we are a dynamic, thinking team , and thus, we come up with ideas and we execute them. We need assistance in executing these ideas.

Your tasks will involve but not limited to the following: marketing, research, social media, recruitment, and interview applicants, follow up on other tasks and projects, answering emails, administrative tasks and some that may arise.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
