Anyone from any province in the Philippines is welcome to apply but we prefer someone who lives in Bacoor, Cavite because our 2 (of 5) team members live near SM Molino. We think that it is an advantage if you get to work in person once in a while but this is 100% home-based.
Are we a great company? Well, we have 5 Filipino members in the team, 4 of them have been with us for 6 years. We love each other. We are family.
We are located in the United States; we need additional team member to help with various tasks in marketing, recruitment, lead generation, social media and since we are dynamic and have an insatiable desire for continuous improvement, there’s a plethora of work all the time.
You will be closely working with the Filipino team. They have so much stuff to do, they will basically give you some of their tasks/projects. But, let us make this clear, our Filipino team do not get a cut from your salary. All salaries are coming from us straight to your paypal account. So that’s good, yes?
Our Pinoy team is composed of highly competitive individuals, I mean, they won’t compete with you, this is not a game of course – but they are the best out there; professional, knowledgeable, responsible, and most of all, they treat our business like their own business - we don’t go wrong with that attitude. They came from University of The Philippines, De LaSalle and Ateneo De Davao. You can picture out the scenario when we get together for a meeting.

• Flexibility – someone who can work during US morning time, evening in the Philippines, if you are a morning person, we are fine with it but you may have to work at least until 4AM MNL. You can do the adjustment for your 8-hour shift.

• High Speed internet. Subscribed to an internet provider as oppose to just connecting via mobile or prepaid internet.
• Secondary internet access, especially for internet outage. For meetings, you may connect via your phone data or pocket wifi in case your provider has internet
