We are looking for a designer to complete photorealistic renders and a 3D photorealistic rendered video fo a new apartment development. The design and plans have already been done by another designer (you will be provided with these files), so we are looking for someone to carry on the work. You will also be given photos of the current site of the future development.
Here is further explanation of these two jobs:
1. High quality photorealistic renders of the interior and exterior of the apartments, and entire complex. With AutoCAD or similar program. These will be used for marketing the apartments for sale.

2. 3D photorealistic rendering videos with AutoCAD or similar program. High resolutions is required, this will require a powerful and capable computer.
This will consist of realistic renders, Including people, plants, vehicles, and anything else to enhance the visuals.

Here are two example videos These videos(s) will be used for marketing to sell these apartments before the apartment development is built. We found these examples on Youtube (the quality of some of the videos isn''t the best), it will give you an idea of what we are looking for:
Start time; We are looking for someone to start immediately and your workday will need to start everyday at 7am or 8am Philippines time, because New Zealand is 4 hours ahead. This job could be more than 2 weeks works.
We expect you to be working for us during our allocated time, and not be working on another jobs you have been hired for. We require regular updates on work progress and quick communication.
