Customer Sales Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer sales representative to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. A successful sales rep must be friendly and persuasive. He/She will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints

Responsibilities/tasks

• Source leads through outbound cold calls and emails opportunities and conducting follow ups
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Route qualified opportunities to manager for further development and closure
• Setting up appointments from lead generation.
• Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s problems
