Confident Wordpress Developer E-Commerce Project

Hello everybody,

My Name is Ray and I am looking for a Developer for an upcoming e-commerce Project.
The site which will be build is similar to this one: Upgrade to see actual info

I can only work with a developer who use a professional developer environment.
Also in our system we work on ticket based tasks. The whole Project will be broke done into several tickets which you have to work on. This serves for better overview about the whole project. But Maybe you're already familiar with those kind of working situations.
