Can you write a creative ebook?

Hi. I do online marketing of information products, mostly in the area of business opportunities and affiliate marketing. I'm looking for some help with an ebook project.

The book will be about 6,000 words (minimum). The general topic is how to make money online selling information products. Of course, it needs a better title, and I will work on Upgrade to see actual info need someone to develop a table of contents and outline, and then write the entire ebook. The deliverable is to be in Word, formatted for Kindle. I want the table of contents to show either chapters or sections, and one stock picture per section. I can provide stock pictures if necessary.

Here's the interesting part. I will give you most of the content. You just need to take what is relevant, re-word it, and insert it into the proper place in the ebook.

I have an ebook of about 10,000 words on the same topic, along with a group of blog posts on that topic. They are Private Label, meaning they have not been published. They still may not be copied - but as long as the information is re-worded so that it looks sufficiently like original material, there will not be a copyright issue.

So I've really done the research - I just haven't set up the table of contents/outline or put the research material in any sequence.

The last time I did this type of project, I did the work Upgrade to see actual info took about 15 hours from start to finish. So I believe that is a good time estimate for what is involved, though you may have your own opinion.

My budget for the project is $150. I will understand if you think that it will take much longer and you don't wish to apply. However, I think this is a good time estimate and a good budget. My preference is to pay for the project, not by the hour.
