Social Media Manager & Editor

Hello!

My name is Leon Hendrix (just call me Leon) and I’m looking for a long-term virtual assistant with a strong work-ethic, attention to detail and experience.

We’re currently growing our community for young business owners through social media content using podcast, YouTube, Facebook & Instagram.

We do a weekly podcast with a guest and use that material to create content pieces on all these different platforms.

While building our own online presence, we also want to help other businesses spread their content material over all different platforms to generate additional cash flow.

For that, we need someone that can help us create and run the processes to turn one weekly video podcast episode into an audio podcast, a YouTube video, Instagram & Facebook posts as well as short video snippets with subtitles.

That not only includes editing the material, but also organizing and scheduling the content across all these different platforms.


What I can give you:

- Starting at 20hrs/week for $450/month
- Increasing it to 40hrs/week for $1000/month once we have our first clients
- Promotion to management role or COO as the business and team grows with increased pay
- Ability to learn new skills, work flexible hours from home & help grow the business with your own input


Who I’m looking for:

- Someone with previous experience in social media management
-> Basic video & audio editing skills
-> Basic graphic design skills to design templates for social media posts
-> Working with Hootsuite or similar softwares to organize & schedule social media posts

- Someone with great attention to detail who is process-oriented
-> Able to follow processes & systems
-> Able to build or improve processes & systems
-> Able to manage projects and delegate tasks to other team members or contractors

- Fluent English speaker
-> Able to understand all of our content and therefore able to decide which parts are important and should be cut into smaller videos for further promotion

- Someone with a good internet connection for uploading video files in time

- Someone that wants to help grow a young company and become part of it long-term
