We are looking for a dedicated and long-term Creative Content Writer with a demonstrated talent for writing different topics across multiple formats and Upgrade to see actual info this role, you will write and edit content for digital and print channels. You will master and steward the brand voice, tone and style for each of our brands. While we are looking to consider a generalist writer to develop content for many different industries/categories, candidates with prior experience in the following industries/categories are highly sought after:
- Apparel & Clothing
- Eyewear
- 3D Printing
- Minerals & Crystals
- Crystal Healing
- Story-telling

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work alongside our Sales & Marketing Team to develop a strong understanding of products, features, and benefits to accurately communicate to the consumer.
- Ensure effectiveness of Amazon and Marketing Strategies by creating highly interesting and consumable content in the form of Amazon listings, blog articles, social media posts, banners, infographics, and other marketing material.
- Create optimized content for our websites, landing pages, and product descriptions.
- Create effective and easy-to-understand content to be used in product pamphlets/flyers, instructions manual and packaging.
- Research, analyze trending content and competitive landscape.
- Maintain consistent brand voices, tone and style across the brands and all campaigns.
- Recommend complementary graphical elements with content to improve the overall customer experience and understanding.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Exceptional English, grammar, writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- Experience in keyword researching/optimization and creating content for any of these platforms: Amazon, eBay, Walmart or Shopify.
- Ability to turn complex ideas into simple, easy-to-understand text that customers can understand
- Able to multitask, prioritize, work autonomously and seek help when necessary.
- Able to meet deadlines and thrives within a fast-paced environment.
- Result-focused: Ability to deliver and convey measurable results using digital marketing analytics and tools.
- Honest & open communicator, self-starter and have an ownership mentality.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of relevant content writing experience.
- 4+ year Degree in English, Communications, Journalism or other related field.
- Experience with search engine (Google, Amazon, etc) and algorithms keyword research tools including: SEM Rush, AHREFS, BrightEdge and Google Keyword Planner.
-Experience writing keyword optimized content, H1, H2 tags, H3 interlinking anchor tags etc.
- Experience researching trending content using tools like AnswerThePublic, BuzzSumo and Ubersuggest.
- Experience with creating content and measuring results on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Upgrade to see actual infoT REQUIRED BUT HIGHLY DESIRED:
- Experience in building relationships with editors, influencers, and bloggers to acquire backlinks to the content on our website and responsible for growing our - organic traffic and domain authority of website.
- Experience in affiliate marketing.
- Experience in back end link building.
- Experience in leading and supervising other content writers.

WHAT WE OFFER:
- Work directly with our in-house Sales & Marketing Team
- Full-time hours of 40 hours per week
- Work days are Monday through Friday Pacific Time
- Work times are negotiable with some hours during 9AM to 5PM USA Pacific Time
- Starting pay from $5.00 to $7.00 USD per hour, depending on experience
- Paid bi-weekly through PayPal
- 13th month pay offered after 3-month probation
