Landing Page Conversion Rate Expert

Looking to hire someone for a consistent hourly contract per week. I need someone with actual experience building out and running testing on landing pages for ad campaigns. I also need someone who can provide a full audit and proposed edits on websites and landing pages for clients. The goal is to increase CVR on client sites and LP's.

The ideal person will:

1. Experience building and testing landing pages on Unbounce and wordpress
2. Ability to increase conversion rate by building testing plans and understanding how design, copy, headlines/CTA's, and layout make a difference to increase CVR.
3. Need someone with experience. Won't hire a newb.
4. Ideally someone who can work an hour or two a day during my time (CST) at first so that we can get to know each other and figure out if it's a good fit.
5. Examples of testing plans, performance from LP's (CVR, CTC, time on site, etc), etc.
