Rockstar Ebay store manager/operator

What I'm offering:

What I'm paying:

The salery is bassed on the overall profits of the store. (not total sales. total profit)
The pay scale is progressive ( larger proffits = larger % of profit goes to you)
The minimum profit a month is $900 usd ( all money amounts are listed in usd)

You will have three months to get the store up to the $900 goal. ( sooner would be a plus)
I will pay you $75 a week for the first 3 months while you get things up and running.
After the 2nd month you will get $50 a month for advertising (or whatever might benefit the store.)

After the first 3 months, pay becomes monthly. Based on the profits of the month before.
At the end of the 4th month you will get paid for the 3rd month.

After $5000 profit for the month, you get a $300 bonus for every $500 profit.

What You need:
You need to have the skills to run and operate an eBay store.
You will be responsible for all operations of the store.
product research, sourcing, listing, and order fulfilling
customer service
advertising , social media, all promotion
keywords, seo
all the things that go along with a profitable store

You don't have to be an expert at everything. Just need to be able to run a store for now.
Must like challenges, learning. (after 6 months I'll pay half of any job related training)

My plan is to use my end of the profits to grow this idea to make as many people I can wealthy.
As this grows I will be able to lend more support on task you need help with. (advertising, etc)

You will need all the tools required to do the job. ( computer- internet ,etc )

You will need a "can do" attitude and not be scared to try things. failure is ok if you learn from it.

If we are to make this a success, we will have to have a good line of communication.
This goes both ways. You will have to be willing to speak up. (I'm not scary lol)

You need to speak and understand American English.

You must be ok with being on youtube. I have a small channel and I'm making this a part of it.
(would be a big plus if you had a youtube channel)

You must be ok with doing a weekly video chat .
A very laid back informal chat. Just to see how things are going on both sides.

The interview will also be a video chat. please don't let this scare Upgrade to see actual info will be more of a get to know each other and see if we can really make this work interview.


I would love to find someone that can make themselves several thousand a month.
