JOB OVERVIEW

Hi!
We are super excited to meet you & hope you are super excited about providing Amazing Customer Service / Customer Support!

We require someone who can work full time to assist us with our eCommerce customer support.

Skills you NEED:
- Fluent English
- Experience working with Shopify
- Experience providing email and live chat support
- Very positive, friendly, attitude
- Must be able to solve problems on your own
- Must be very good at communicating and providing suggestions, ideas etc...
- Great email etiquette and spelling
- Manage social media accounts like Facebook and Instagram

Full Time:
- This is a full time position (you cannot be employed elsewhere)

Responsibilities:
- answering customer questions and resolving problems
- tracking orders and providing updates
- changing orders and processing refunds
- de-escalating customer concerns and ensuring every customer leaves happy
- responding very quickly to any customer inquiries
- creating FAQ's based on customer questions
- Track your work
- Possibly Social Media management
- Facebook messenger / posts moderation and management (responding to customers and comments)

Programs we use (exprience with these is a plus)
- Shopify
- Paypal (processing refunds etc...)
- Facebook


There is ample room to grow in this position and we look for long term working relationships.
