JOB OVERVIEW

· Full time home-based role
· Work with an Australian based marketing, digital & social media agency
· Work during Australian office hours
· Must have a fast computer (no more than 2-3 years old)
· Must have reliable internet of 14mps or more

Qualifications:
· Excellent English communication skills
· Strong background in administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
· At least 1yr experience in social media management – using facebook, facebook groups, content research and creation (must be demonstrated)
· Has initiative and must be ready to be part of an agile team
· Customer service oriented
· Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals
· Monitor the company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
· Analyze the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan
· Experience in software including Trello, Slack, Facebook Business Manager, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite will be highly regarded
