JOB OVERVIEW

This is a Full Time Position and you are required to work 9AM to 5PM PDT US Time (12MN to 8AM Phil Time).

RESPONSIBILITIES
Research customer deductions
Reconcile deductions with credits on account (co-op, allowances, etc)
Research & contact customers for all deductions that need additional documentation, support, & approval.
Work with outside sales and inside customer service for additional information regarding deductions.
If deductions are not allowed, contact customer for payback.
Write up and submit credit memos for approval.
Answer & research customer questions related to billing, credit & their accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS & DESIRED SKILLS
Must have excellent customer relations and customer service skills.
Must have professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Must be a self-starter, multi task and problem solver
You must enjoy researching deductions to find relevant information
Your follow-up and follow-through must be excellent
Assertive
High productivity and have a sense of urgency
Must be able to stay with projects until resolution achieved
High organization skills and knowing when to prioritize
Knowledge of cash applications

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
5+ years experience in accounting specifically in Manufacturing and eCommerce business
Strong experience in both manufacturing preferably within the beauty products industry
