Bookkeeper/Accountant

This is a bookkeeper/accountant role for a real estate company within the US. We are well established and have been operating since 2015. We have worked with Filipino workers in the past and can provide references that we are a reliable employer and pay consistently and regularly.

The role of this job is a standard bookkeeper/accountant role. Our company focuses on short term rentals in real estate. So you'll be inputting guest reservations as our primary income/sales source and then tracking expenses- most expenses are just online orders of supplies from Amazon. But we need to keep track of depreciation of our furniture as well. And then tracking payroll to cleaning staff. We use Xero accounting Upgrade to see actual infotail-oriented is key.
