About IT Services:
Fast-growing IT Consulting company with multiple locations throughout Orlando Florida is currently looking for the right person to join our team, we are seeking a Level 2 IT Help Desk Support Associate. This position is responsible for facilitating the resolution of application, software, and hardware problems of computer users. The ideal candidate must be able to work flexible hours, be very professional and reliable.

Job Responsibilities:

Assembling PC hardware, installation, configuring and troubleshooting customer computers
IT help-desk for customer support
Configuring standard end-user email clients
Being able to troubleshoot and address TCP/IP issues LAN connectivity problems
Knowledge of routers and firewalls and the relationship between switches, hubs, patch panels and connected nodes in a network
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and DNS services
Knowledge of the following web-related languages: HTML, WordPress, PHP or ASP.NET
Quick learner and detail-oriented.
Be always ready to listen to customer needs and help.
Able to open and close tickets.
this is a small company be willing to wear multiple hats and learn and grow with the company is most.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Brand/Technical Certifications like A+ N+ MCP etc.
Strong Work ethic is a must!
Spotless personal record is required.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
