JOB OVERVIEW

Our company specialize in helping USA student reduce their monthly payments and terms. The main role of a Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to efficiently provide outstanding customer experience and resolution through expert analysis and investigate Customer current student loan and /or concern. CRS receive calls regarding Customer student loan balances, term, interest rate, and status. The CSR is expected to be the Account advocate: being a dynamic and clear communicator is required to strengthen confidence and relationship.

Responsibilities:
*Provide world class service excellence to clients with student loans by offering solutions and available products.
*Always have an upbeat and professional personality over the phone.
*The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible in answering inquires, resolving problems, promotes and sells products and services. Has clearly defined productivity and sales goals/quotes which may include cross-sell, product referrals and profit.
*Customer Service Representative (CSR) spend nearly 90% of his/her time on the phone answering questions for NDER prospective customer.
*An excellent CSR will be able to handle 80-100 calls per day while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
*Identify opportunities to further enhance relationships with our existing clients.
*Requires basic comuter skills including the ability to navigate multiple windows and applications and utilize search tools to find information.

***NOT HOMEBASED POSITION*** Office located in Manila Eastwood

Qualification:
*At least two years of working experience as a Customer Service Representative (or similar) in the BPO environment
*Confident and comfortable to deal with USA Clients
*Exceptional communication skills utilizing email, phone, and instant messages
*Excellent English communication skills with a Neutral accent
*Excellent time management skills
*Solid organizational skills
*Can type 30 WPM
*Preferably, has handled a customer survey driven account
*Preferably, has handled a financial campaign
*Willing to work in the night shift
*Willing to work in Eastwood area
