JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills with a very friendly and upbeat personality. This position will entail calling home owners to see if they are interested in selling their property. Calltools dialer system and Dialpad will be provided to dial out numbers. Must be able to call 100+ numbers per hour using the Calltools dialer. Scripts will be provided with training. You will be responsible for asking them a few questions and documenting the information in our CRM (Podio) and reporting back to me with the updated information. Video training modules will be provided on how to do this. MUST be a fluent English speaker and looking for someone full time: THIS IS NOT THE TYPICAL "CALL CENTER" JOB where you will be having robotic like conversations with people. We encourage friendly conversations over the phone using a very friendly like voice tone while prospecting.

* Must be competent with the following applications
1. Podio
2. Callrail
3. Slack
4. Dialpad (Training provided)
5. CallTool (Training provided)
6. Google Voice

* Must be able to work the following hours
MON -FRI - 10AM -7PM (CST)
* Personality/Technical Requirements
1. Must be comfortable talking to random people on the phone and engaging in friendly conversations.
2. Must be comfortable with rejection on a daily basis.
3. Office Admin skills required.
4. Must have a desktop or laptop with at least 5Mbps internet speed.
5. Must be able to work remotely with supervision in a quiet location.
6. Must be tech savvy. Must know how to use a smart phone, Google, and other web based applications that we use. (Training provided)
7. Must be able to type notes while on the phone with prospects following our process.
8. Must have a positive attitude.
